"We ordered a refurbished Jura J6 Impresso. Received in excellent condition, very promptly. First time I tried to use the frothing wand, it blew off and sprayed milk all over. Thinking that Jura would be the ones to best have the answer on their own product, I called customer service and explained the situation. She asked if the wand was new- I just said I'd just gotten it. She was puzzled and said it shouldn't happen if it was new. I assumed then that the "refurbished" machine I'd gotten came with an "old" wand, which was worn out. But then I called JL Hufford. The technician knew right away what the problem was (I'd let the sides of the pitcher touch the wand, making it loosen from the spout enough to let steam escape). We are loving the machine now, and I can't wait to get up every morning to have my first cup of cappuccino!"

"Placed an order with them for a vitamix. They charge your credit card before shipping the products which is odd. Every online store I've shopped at charges you upon shipping. 10 days later I still have not received updates on my shipment. One of the items had an estimated ship date of 6 days ago but I have received no tracking info. Worries me that I have been charged and received no updates on shipment time (after 10 days of placing the order)."
