"A very good customer service experience! Ask for Rosemary. A word was omitted from my city's name even though the zip was correct. I used J&R website to notify. Rosemary emailed me and understood my concern but couldn't change it. I kept in touch with the shipper and got the package. To my surprise, Rosemary had also been tracking and noted delivery and emailed me several times to make sure. And, yeah, the sale-priced router, shipped free and easily paid through Amazon, is working just fine."

"If you are about to order from J&R, think again. They are one of those rare businesses who still call you back to 'verify your information' after you place an order. What they really want is to up-sell overpriced accessories and service plans. I find it annoying and a waste of my time. To make it worse, the lady I talked over the phone is pretty rude. They don't have better deals than other websites and they don't have better customer service. They don't give me a reason to shop there and I am not giving more of my business to them."

"All I needed was was a replacement bulb for a Maglite flashlight
so I trolled the Internet looking for a company that offered the best price.I found 10 different businesses I could purchase the bulb from and the price range didn't vary much from the $3 to $4 range.The problem was each of these companies wanted to charge me $12 to $15 to ship the bulb to me by UPS or FedEx.Which is like buying $20 worth of groceries and having the supermarket charge you $50 for the plastic bags they're put in.Only J&R offered me the ( very )cheap option of having the bulb sent by good old U.S. Mail for $3.
I ordered the bulb and two days later it was in my mailbox.
This is the first--but won't be the last-time I purchase an item from J&R.
