Always provides great service. Prices are typically the top two lowest I can find.

I have never had a problem with a return though I did not have to return this Samsung TV. Only thing that was excessive was the $200 install fee which is absurd for tiny tvs. The elderly and handicapped need help to install even small size tvs. Where no mounting is required believe you me the plug in and turn on does not need to cost $200. The 20min hold time to reach an agent to just give me that cost was also nuts.

It has been over 4 weeks and when I called JR on several occasions and every time I was told by their customer service representatives that they have no idea when will they get the lens. Today ( July 26, 2013 ) I called JR again and insisted to talk to a manager. A woman by the name of Lisa talked to me and she was still giving me the same response. At around 5pm ET she called me and told me that she will cancel my order because they cannot get the lens from their distributor. I already called Sigma twice this week and they confirmed that they have plentiful supply of this lens. MISLEADING advertisement from JR or they try to save that 10% reward?"
