"I bought two Samsumg Galaxy Note 10.1. One of was dead on arrival. I tried to power it up but it doesn't come up. I also charged it but that doesn't help. I just email JR customer service to request for a replacement. I will provide another update once JR contacting me again.

JR, multiple representative from JR contacted me and provided instruction on how to return the defected item. They also provided the Return Label for postage super FAST! I've shipped the item back and currently waiting for their final review & hopefully the new Galaxy Note 10.1 ship to me soon. Will provide another update when I get the new item. Thanks."
