"In mid August I purchased a new samsung tablet from jr.com. When I received the package the tabs on the box were torn so the box had already been opened. I called jr.com and we worked it out. I return it and they would send another one. I returned it that day. It took about a month for me to get the next tablet. I think it was sent pony express. When I got the new tablet guess what? The tabs on the side of the box that say do not accept this package if these tabs are torn, were torn again. This box was also already opened. Maybe they just sent the same tablet back to me. Anyway, by this time I was so disgusted with the whole thing that I just tried the tablet even though the box was already opened. I have purchased a lot of things from jr.com. I was not used to this type of horrendous customer service. Will avoid them as much as possible in the future."
