This is getting to be a rare find with online orders without paying express processing fees like newegg.com gouges it's customers $3.00 an order for. "I bought a Scythe Kaze Master 5.25" fan controller from Jab-Tech and I am satisfied. The company's website doesn't look fancy but it feels real. People did their job and shipped quickly. No hassling phone calls. The thing arrived 3 days after order via Fedex Ground. Exactly as described and they had a comparable price to New egg. This is reliable company that does not do tricks."
"Products, Prices, Service and Delivery can be described with one word:
FANTASTIC.
It is not a one stop shop but they have some great gadgets for making computing a more enjoyable experience.
Saying something negative is difficult but I can comment this way:
Inventory could be larger.
-- while providing some products for silent running, they do not have much in the case mod category. No foam or shields of any kind. There are similar examples, such as no dual power supply cable adapter(to run two PSU) yet they sell water cooling pumps, etc.
Organization could be better.
-- Multiple item summary pages do not have enough information. E.g., I need a relatively quiet 40mm fan but have to click on every display ad, find the specs and write them down. This wastes a lot of time. This same situation has existed for at least a couple of years.
Summary pages are too sparse
-- an "OUT OF STOCK" notice is not posted on the multiple item description page. One has to open the web page to find, at the bottom of the ad|page that the inventory is zero.
Web pages can take too long to open
-- the server is a bit slow. Not bad, but it could use some work or upgrade especially since the customer is opening web pages 10x as much as on other sites where descriptions on summary pages will limit the number of useless click-throughs.

None of those will keep me from going back. I just hope owner|manager reads and takes them into consideration.
