"I've purchased items from Jab-Tech no problem in the past, and when I needed new fans for my PSU, I knew they would come through for me because of their competitive pricing and stellar reviews.

However, this time around, they sent me the wrong fans (given the name of the products, I can see how easy it is to make the mistake)

I contacted Jab-Tech using their online support ticket system. Within minutes I got a response from John saying that the correct fans will be sent out first thing Monday, since I received the wrong fans on Friday.

USPS priority mail got me the new fans on Wednesday, and I cannot be any happier. I get to keep the other fans, maybe I will find a use for them.

Jab-Tech and John are one class act. Other retailers can learn something from their exceptional customer service and celerity.

History:
1. I ordered the fans Monday during the week of Thanksgiving.
2. I received the fans Friday via Fedex Home(Omit One day for the turkey).
3. Contacted John Friday regarding the fans.
4. Monday new fans shipped.
5. Wednesday new fans arrived and installed.

I think other retailers wouldn't get the original order to me in the time it took Jab-Tech to send me both!

"I usually don't write many reviews, but, I just had possibly the most incredible online purchasing experience in my near 15 years of ordering online. The customer service I received today has to be considered unbelievable. After ordering over $250 worth of parts for a new water cooled system I am building, I realized I had ordered the wrong CPU Block. So I sent Jab Tech an email hoping they would get it before shipping out items on monday (tomorrow). In about 10 minutes after sending the email, yes on Sunday, I received an email stateing that the item was dropped from the order and the new amount charged. I was just dumbfounded, but very pleased with this. BUT, quickly realized that the initial amount was still in my banks Pending Transactions list in the DEBIT column (Oh No). So I could NOT re-order the correct water block until the amount was credited from pending status. So I sent another email to Jab Tech, and well to make a long story short, he faxed my bank, yes on a Sunday, and had my bank remove it from my Pending Transactions list. The bank told me it was not possible to put it back into the balance column for atleast 4 hours, and that it could take up to 30 days. Well John at Jab Tech somehow got my bank to fix it in just a few hours max.

I would like to say, in all my life I have never seen a company go out of their way for a customer like Jab Tech did for me today. I HIGHLY recommend this store. 5 out of 5 stars, or 10 out of 10...
