"Great company.
I recommended JackThreads to a friend, and so I got $15 in store credit. The credits were approved about an hour after I was notified.
I found a nice hoody for $20. With the $15 credit, it went down to $5. Shipping was another $5, but I got a 10% discount that brought it down to $8.
The order shipped the next day, as it was supposed to. Do note that they say the exact date that they will send them toward the bottom of their listings. The way it works is that they put things up, sell them, then wait for the manufacturers to be done with them. *Then* they will ship it. This means it could be a month, could be the same day. Mine was the same day.
So, in conclusion, I am very satisfied with my results. You just have to watch out, and make sure that you know when you're going to get what you bought. "
"I ordered a pair of shoes which were lost in transit. Apparently they don't have any type of backstock deal with brands as they were not willing/able to replace the lost shoes. I did receive a full refund plus $10 to my account. Really bummed out that I had to be the one following up with them, when they never notified me of the problem."
"Great service! I ordered a Wewood watch on Dec 13th and received it 2 days later!! I know how their site works- because I do my research before buying, which I recommend for the other users who have left reviews here. Just read their FAQs page and you'll know that some items do take about a month or more. It's no secret- It is how their site works and why the prices are so reasonable.
My order was projected to ship on January 13th- however somehow it came super early! Great products, great sales, great service. And they DO let you know the projected ship date BEFORE you buy. No surprises here- just some oblivious customers."
"if you can endure 6 arduous weeks to receive your goods then you will be satisfied. if you need something immediately, look elsewhere. i am not alone here because the transit time is not acceptable to me."
"I bought some items and referred some family members to the site. Few weeks later, one of my referrals told me that they purchased clothes from the website but I was never informed by JackThreads (you get $10 for each person you refer). When I emailed Cust. Svc. I got:
"I just checked your account and it looks like your referral credit has been denied. Due to some distinct similarities we saw with your order information and your referral's, we cannot award you credit at this time. I am sorry for the inconvenience."
Are you kidding me? If you checked the billing name, address and items ordered you can tell that they are completely different. On top of that, they delayed my friends shipments and cancelled some of his items several days after he ordered them.
Customer service is appalling and their referral policy is dishonest."
"Ordered a pair of shoes on Feb 19th. Upon completion, I was told that the estimated arrival date would be March 19, a whole month away. I figured that I probably missed that part before I ordered so I just let it be. March 19 came and rolled on by. Contacted customer service on March 20 and was told that they had just received the product from the manufacturer and that they would ship it soon. I finally had the shoes in my hand on March 30th, a full month and a half after I ordered them.
The next day, they had the same shoes on their website with a delivery time of 4 days! "
