"the Ordering part was ok . the final result wasa 2wk+ wait .... for a BAD part . i had to REPAIR the valve for USE . in the repair i found a LOOSE SCREW , apparently a factory attempt to remedy , but not even close . valve had to be polished to work at all AND so screw could be tighten properly as it retain the CRITICAL centering spring . the Email human said ; RETURN ALL or ABSOLUTELY NO other remedy ; no discount or discount offer if order more "stuff" . i could NOT wait ANOTHER 2-3 weeks . machine needed to be WORKING with a PROPER factory part .... well , a definitively , REPAIRED "new part" , now ....
so , that the short of ; i doubt i will EVER order again from jack's . "
