"Let me begin by writing Jacobtime.com, is not an authorized dealer of any watch brand other than Invicta. Jacobtime states they offer a two year warranty, but if your watch breaks they hide behind a sentence in their warranty that states not responsible for normal wear and tare. So, within those two years of warranty, if the watch is defective from manufacturer and it comes to light after the first thirty days, Jacobtime hides behind the clause of normal wear and tare and refuses to repair the watch without charging repair fees. I see why Jacobtime is an unauthorized dealer. With their unethical and misleading practices, it is not a surprise manufacturers don't authorize this distributor. Buyers beware, it worth the extra money to buy from an authorized dealer than to have to deal with the aggravation and poor quality of these second market products."
