"I placed an order for a watch on 9/15/13 for a second day delivery. They charged the merchandise to my credit card on 9/16.
I was expecting the merchandise to arrive on 9/18, it did not arrive. Merchandise did not arrive on 9/19 either. I sent 3 e-mails to Jacobtime.com customer service and I got no reply. Finally on 9/23 I got an e-mail where they say they did not have inventory for the item. But they advertised they had the item in stock when I placed the order"
