"Wouldnt send my package without "voice verification". I had to cancel my order (to my great disappointment) after waiting several days for it to ship only to have the company not ship it because "I was not answering their calls" which I never recieved. Never ordering through this company again and making sure none of my friends do either."

"I thought I was getting a good deal when I went to shop at Jacobtime.com, but was disappointed the moment I opened my package. They shipped promotional earrings with the watch I ordered, but just put them in the case, unprotected, with the watch. This could have scratched the watch, and I guarantee you they would not have given me a full refund if it had done damage. Then, I needed to make a return. They advertise free shipping, but then when you try to return the item, which you have to pay for yourself, they then deduct the cost of the "free" shipping from your refund amount. So, you not only have to pay to return it, which is no big deal, but then you have to pay for something you were never charged for in the first place. Additionally, they don't mention at any point in the return process that you must return promotional items or have that amount deducted from your refund as well. It's not even on the itemized return form. Luckily, I read it somewhere on their site before making my return and included the earrings anyway. Finally, the person I spoke to when I was questioning the difference in refund amount was incredibly rude, constantly interrupting me and talking over me when I tried to answer her questions. She didn't even thank me for shopping with them, she just hung up on me. I thanked her for her help and she said "ok" and then hung up. Bottom line, I will never shop here again and am telling people I know to avoid them at all costs."
