"Made initial Order to Tanya Sales Rep. @ JT. She was very polite and efficient but the warehouse dropped the ball. I received the shipment w/half the order and the other piece was the wrong product! I was told that the the order was processed correctly and that the company would have to file a claim on the missing part of the order and I would have to return other product. I took pictures of the delivery and returned the order. Very little correspondence has taken place since this time> Now it is where is the correct order at this point in Time????"

"Received broken product, called company for return shipping label, told the label was being sent immediately by abrupt customer service agent and it was received it 4 hours later. It has been 3 days since the return of the shipping and I was assured to receive the package 1 day after return. This usually wouldn't be a huge deal and understandable but I have a birthday I needed this for tomorrow and I'm penalised for something I couldn't control even though quick, appropriate action was taken."
