"I order two pair of boots on 2/28 on 3/9 I was made aware via the UPS tracking site there was an issue with the address on my package and it was being returned to the sender. I called UPS first and had the shipping address updated so that once the package was received in NC it would be re-routed from the UPS center back to the shipping address instead of having to go back to Jarfrum to be processed again. UPS stated the only way to get the boots faster was to have a replacement order sent from Jafrum so I didn't have to wait for the boots to make a round trip back to my address. I then called ***-***-**** and spoke with Shay and attempted to explain to her that I needed a replacement order bc mine was going back to NC and wouldn't be delivered to me until 3/15 I'm about to make a 2,000 mile ride from Arkansas to California and the boots my husband has now have completely separated from the sole so the boots are badly needed. Shay argued with me profusely that the order was actually on its way to me already and was not being sent back to NC she gave me the same tracking number I already had said to go check it myself so I got off the phone and checked it again and it still said shipping to NC. I called back, tried again to explain the situation to her and why I needed a replacement and that my package was on its way back to NC and that I had already spent an hour on the phone with UPS getting the address updated and re-routed. Shay continued to argue and finally said she couldn't explain anymore that I was wrong and that I would just have to talk to the supervisor. I then spoke with Bella who argued with me as well saying they spoke to UPS too and we're promised the boots would be delivered to my address on 3/10 I argued with her that there was no possible way the boots would be delivered the next day because they had already been scanned in Memphis TN so they obviously were going back to NC. I was told very bluntly that I was wrong and that the UPS representative wouldn't lie. I told her I'd call back tomorrow if the boots weren't delivered. I was able to call today to explain again that what I had tried to explain to them was true, how their oppositional attitude towards me has further delayed the shipment. Bella in particular was extremely argumentative, oppositional, and rude to me during our conversation. Speaking with her is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I tried reasoning with her so she could understand my frustration and she told me all the shipping problems were my fault to begin with and the only option is to wait for the boots be sent back or cancel the order and get a refund. I explained again that I need the boots I do not want to cancel the order. I told her a discount on the backorder boots would be fair to make up for how I've been treated throughout this whole ordeal. She said 5% was all I should get but she would do 10%. I told her I thought $10 off $100 paid off boots was a joke considering the mess I've had with them because they didn't want to listen or help me. Bella then told me that as a matter of fact they didn't want to do business with someone like me and that she was canceling my order. I pleaded with her to not cancel the order because I need the boots for the trip. She said again the order would be canceled and then hung up on me. I've called several times since then to try and keep the order from being canceled and everyone had refused to help me and had refused to let me speak with another supervisor and that Bella is now refusing to speak to me anymore ando is basically canceling my order to be spiteful
