"I ordered over $400 the first time, $120 the second order. I was suppose to get $45 off the second order, BUCK45, but it wouldn't accept it. My first order had a jacket that had a strap (to tighten the waist), it was hanging by a thread. I immediately called Jafrum, got a message, left a message, and never had a call returned.

I can't wait for another order to come, or to fix this one, since I have a ride coming up. It would have been nice to be able to talk to someone about this.

Within 24 hours of writing this review, I recieved a call from Jafrum, apologizing for the unintentional mess-up. They not only fixed every concern I had, but went the second mile, making sure I was completely satisfied. I would definitely do business with them again. I left the original review on, so others will recognize mistakes are made, but if so, they will be fixed."

But it seemed that just about every helmet I looked at, starting with the modular design that I like, was not available in my size (L) in yellow. Well, okay, I think that the Shoei was available... for $569! Same thing with the full faces. I finally found something in my size (and the right color) in the open face that I was reasonably happy with, but it wasn't what I was really hoping to get. That's the only reason for the 4-star rating."
