We placed an order and paid for it in full November 20th. Tracking shows a label created on the 26th, and come December, around the 7th, we saw online it hadn't moved in the process at all, that the package was still at the Jasper warehouse and not even picked up by USPS. We called Jasper, but they have you leave a voicemail as customer service does not directly answer the phones. Husband was called back within a day and told they will finally ship it now. December 14th online tracking shows it didn't move still from the warehouse. We call, and get an email back that same day stating "we saw it was supposed to be taken care of but wasn't. Thanks for the patience, it's getting sent now." A week later December 21st shows no movement, and after emailing yet again we are told "Sorry for delay. I show it will arrive December 24th." December 24th we get an email saying (from the same rep "Autumn") that she saw it packed that morning and that it'll be sent out the morning of the 26th. Too bad we needed it for Christmas but apparently ordering prior to Thanksgiving wasn't long enough.
We ask for a supervisor to call twice but Autumn refused to escalate the issue to one. We asked for a full refund which Autumn offered 25% and wasn't clear if that was for this order or a future one. So we email again asking her to clarify, she just writes back; "just refuse it when it arrives, and we'll refund you when we get it back."
Per their website, returns have to be done within 30 days of purchase, but we didn't even receive it at all yet let alone within 30 days."
