Bobby returned my email indicating that he will look into what happened to my delivery. He never got back to me and I have not received my money or the merchandise. I sent 4 follow up emails and they Jaspertronics is not responding. This company is a rip off. Don't give them your hard earned money."
"Ordered a replacement bulb for my BenQ HT1075. I selected expedited shipping and received the bulb within 3 days. I couldn't confirm whether the if the bulb is OEM when I compared it to my manufacture's bulb, but I sure seems brighter than the second bulb aftermarket bulb that I purchased. I will order from this company again. "

"Saved my 4th party! I was setting up and testing our projector for an outside movie we wanted to show at our fourth party, when I was calibrating it for the outdoor screen and distance (its normally mounted in our home theater) the bulb went out. This was the first time the bulb went out on us since getting the projector so we didnt know where to look and ended up on google. We found a coupe companies and Jaspertronics was the first to reply (and they gave me a coupon code!). They promised delivery the next day, a SATURDAY, and it came on time and worked perfect. "We recently inherited a TV and didnt have any idea we had to replace the lamp, after looking at local stores we were told we needed to go online and order. We found a couple places and sent emails and made calls to try and find out what we needed and how much it was going to cost. Mike replied by email and ended up calling to get some number from our tv so he could help. They were the only ones that replied that didnt sound like a computer reply and Mark gave me the part number to search for so I could price compare before ordering. I checked around and ended up with them becuase they were so helpful and their price was right. Mark also gave me some pointers to help improve the tvs picture and it looks better than it did when we got it. Smart people that know alot about tvs and home theater glad we found them."

"I ordered a replacement bulb for my projector screen & I received notice that Jaspertronics had indeed received my order & it had been processed. Then I receieved confirmation that it had been shipped with the details to include the tracking number. Well, after a few days I saw no movement on it. I realized it was being shipped thru the U.S. Post Office....now, I'm not bashing the Post Office but I know how things can get lost, accepted but not scanned, thrown to the side, etc. How do I know? Because I was a manager at the Post Office prior to having to retire early due to medical. But I sent Jaspertronics an email & receieved a reply from Bobby! He was ALL OVER IT!!! He initially let me know he saw that the product had no movement, he was sure why just yet, but he would immediately check on it & have it resolved by the end of the working day. He also stated, if they couldn't find it he would just send out another one ASAP, which I thought was AMAZING customer service. Needless to say, I waited 2 days, gave him some time to locate the product & I emailed him. He responded immediately & had already resolved the problem. Basically he said, Check your front door"!!! My product was sitting at my front door, had just been delivered, perfect timing!!!!!

"I had been shopping for a replacement lamp for a projector I use to train First Responders in responding to Aircraft Mishaps/Accidents. I do this on a volunteer basis, without pay, thus very budget conscious. I wound up purchasing an OEM lamp for a very good price from Jaspertronics.
