"Worst possible service ever. Totally screwed up the order, then totally lied about sending a replacement part, then totally ignored follow-up emails. Once the card is charged, forget about it, it's game over. Little better than the guys selling speakers from the back of a van. They cleverly disguise shipping as well. 3-day express? Not likely. I have been waiting 8 days for it now. They still kept my money though, so what do they care if I don't get what I ordered. Utterly pathetic. Did what I should have done in the first place, i.e. ordered what I wanted from Newegg.com. They KNOW how to run a business as opposed to what amount to a sham of a company. These "people" are a disgrace. To not ever make contact with someone with a valid complaint is bs, any way you look at it. There won't be a second chance for these guys, they are not hardly worth taking the risk."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a DVD RW for my computer in July. I assumed it was new and nothing was wrong with it. I didnt install it untill September. For 2 months after I installed it I tried to get it to work, thinking it was something I did, or my computer software was doing. Then I found that it might be defective. I tried to contact Jazz Tech to get a fefund, but was told I only had 60 days to do so. Then they said they would check the product and eithr repair it or send me a new one, but I nnedd to package it up and ship it back to them using a RMA nu,mber that was only good for 14 days. they sent the RMA via e-mail and i sent the DVD RW back in December 2003. In January 2004 i inquired about getting my product. i was told that they were waiting for a new shipment the following week and i would get one mailed to me then. It is naow March 2004 and i still have not gotten my product back. They do not return my e-mails and my phone calls are usually diverted to voice mail for the RMA department. This company will be more than happy to take your monaey, but good luck if you have to return a product. I even called the manufacture NEC and was told that I would have to deal with Jazz on the issues of return or repair! WHAT A CROCK! DO NOT BUY FROM THISCOMPANY!!! returns and/or customer service issues are VERY WEAK! BUYER BEWARE!!!"

"I ordered this item on Dec 27th and decided to go for UPS 3-Day Select Shipping. Its now Jan 8th and still no pacakge. I called Jan 5th asking about my package only to be told there is nothing they can do and that its UPS fault. I pretty much demanded my $16+ back that I paid extra, for upgraded shipping. They guy said well it only shipped out the 29th. Well lets see....12/29 to 01/05 is how many days?!!! They said they would refund my money after I complained about it and then decided to send yet another package out with 3-day select UPS. Well today is day 3 and no package. I should have not given them a 2nd try after a CDRW drive took about 20 days to get here before. Wish newegg would have had the item i was after!!!! Look elsewhere before going this route."

"Ordered Major Brand (Samsung) 2100 Memory
The memory I received had no stickers indicating manufacturer. What I received was a NO-NAME brand 9 chip. Memory was incompatible with a previous order of the same type. Most major memory makers put their sticker with name and tracking/serial number on their sticks, nothing on this stick.
April 23, 2003 ordered another memory stick from Jazz recently: "Major Brand (Samsung): PC2100 256MB ECC 266 FSB, 184-pin DIMM, 32M x 72 18-chip DDRAM Memory, life time warranty." Price: $37.00

On previous order of October, 10 2001 I ordered the same thing: ME-MBP2100256ESA Major Brand (Samsung) PC2100 256MB ECC DDRAM Memory and thought going back to same vendor would be a safe bet to assure compatiblity. This initial stick of memory was also a NO-NAME brand. I have no real way of knowing just what I have in my computer now.

Go to NEWEGG or other vendors that will show you exactly what you are ordering and getting.

"This company draws you in with it's great prices, but then they soak you on uber high shipping charges. I was going to order several items, including a Viewsonic P95+fb monitor from them, it had a GREAT price, but shipping was 60 bucks!!! And the shipping for the Gigabyte GA-SINXP1394 was also ridiculous. If I had ordered all the parts I could have from them, I would have paid over 100 dollars in shipping. This company is a giant scam. But be warned they have several sister sites that scam you just as much."
