"Ordered an o-ring kit for a project. Paid an additional $7.95 for 2-5 day shipping via UPS. Tracking info said UPS had dropped the item at USPS on March 1. Another 5 days and still no item. Reached out to JBTools and was told that they shipped using "mail innovations' and it could take an additional 7 days. (I have the chat transcript). The JBTools agent said it was the carriers problem not JBtools. Said if the item ever showed up I could return but according to JBTools return published policy I have to eat the shipping cost both ways. First and last time ordering from this merchant. Does not take responsibility. Poor customer service."
