Quick and Correct Shipment

"I ordered OTC 7317a which happens to be a tool that I have desired for many years. I have similar set with many more pieces but it is much easier to be able to use a ratchet ( socket wrench ) to screw the piston back than some 3 to 4 inch bar. My order arrived sooner than expected and made me one happy dude. I tracked the order from the first scan in the northern states all the way to Georgia. I'm satisfied."

Worse Online Shopping Experience of My Life!!

"Placed an order that cost $12.99 and was sent something COMPLETELY different which cost $6.99. They will not just let me send the item back and send correct item! I have to jump through hoops for them to return an item I NEVER ORDERED before they will refund my acct, and actually think I will place the same ordered originally placed! I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. I have since bought the item thru a respected company.The only way to communicate is thru email which they answer in a verify untimely manner and quite rudely! Googled a phone # for them, goes to "Jason's" voicemail which has been full for 2 wks now! I am in process of disputing the charge altogether with my credit card company. And the question below this box is hysterical, Did JB Tool Sales ask you to write this review"? Hell no they didn't!!!

Bad customer service

"They shipped me half of my order cause they had the wrong price on it. Then when I asked for the other half of my order they want me to ship back what they sent me instead of fixing what they did wrong. I will neverify order from them again unless the management fixes my problem. "

Am I ever going to get my product I've been scammed!!

I received the flash light but no jumper
That was almost 2 weeks ago I emailed
And got no response is this how you do business

"I ordered a couple of products from the walmart website. They came faster than I expected. I could not get either chord to work. I do not believe it was the manufacturer problem as much as not compatible with my device. It took me time to find out from wal mart that I had to return to J&B tools. By the time I contacted them the 30 day return policy was up. I went ahead and sent them an email anyway just to see if they could work with me. Within ten minutes they responded to my email asking me if I was following all of the instructions correctly. I informed him that I was. He then told me to return the product to them for a refund. I was concerned because it had been three days past the 30 day return policy. He told me he would do it anyway and not to worry about it. He was so very helpful and understanding and worked with me to get me a refund on my products. Absolutely recommend this company. I will continue to business with them. I had no problem contacting them, and I always had a response to my email within an hour. I can barely do that I do not run a company so hats off to them.."

NEVER AGAIN

"I ordered two items on March 6. They charged my credit card on March 7. After 10 days I emailed asking where is my order? They say one item is backordered, do I want to cancel item? I told them to cancel entire order. About a week later the item shows up a my door, but the other item isn't in the box. This item was in stock,but they didn't send it. No way to contact them other than email. I finally got the item one month later. Please do not order from this company. I know I never will again"

no one is home

"I ordered a product from them and it was not want I wanted. There is no phone number to contact them and must be done by email. I have sent them 2 emails and still no response. Will not be buying from them again. They are not easy to reach. If they correct this problem I will update you. There own site states they will get back to you in 8 hrs during the week and over the weekend on Monday. Well I have been trying since last Thursday. Friday came and went. Weekend came and went and so did Monday. "

"Unlike many other reviews, these comments relate to J&B Tools customer service and not to its website. First, note, there is no telephone number supplied to contact them. Correspondence is through email as the live chat link does not work. Read their returns policy carefully. If J&B Tools does not agree that there is a product defect, freight is at the customer's expense. In my case, I received a product with an obvious defect. They asked for photos and I did that. They advised me that the slit I identified was "normal" and would not interfere with use. I work in the plastics business. I know the difference between a slit and a mold mark and I do not agree with their opinion, so I get to eat the defective product. It's not worth the cost and hassle of shipping it back to them."
