"Never I repeat never use this company ever. This is the worst company I have ever bought from. We ordered a cold air intake and they would not ship it to my address due to "emissions" when there are no emissions laws in my state. We ordered on May 23 and they charged us and took our money. We even got a shipping email. Then like 7 days later we get an email saying we can't ship this due to emissions. The we call 5 yes 5! different times and talk to 5 different people. No one would give us a refund or offer any solutions. I got put on hold by every person and had to hang up after being put on hold for 15-20 minutes. Then when I called to talk to a supervisor I get told I can't unless I give them the order #. I was put on hold again for 27 minutes after being told it would be 5 minutes. No customer service no American workers and no one cares that you just took the money and held it up for weeks before I got it back. No one should have to call and beg for their money back when the company is the one who effed up. "

I ordered parts for my replacement soft top and I specifically asked if the parts were on backorder and the saleman said they had the parts in stock. Three weeks later, I am still waiting on the parts to arrive. I will never order from this company again. Do yourself a favor and find anywhere else to get your parts. "

"Morris 4x4 used to be a good company, now they're the absolute worst. When they sent the wrong parts they said I used the wrong part number. But, I verified the number twice with them. Then they blamed the vendor, then CoVid. Countless hours on hold, terrible customer service and a horrible return policy, is among their best qualities. So, unless you enjoy wasting money and time...don't do it!"
"I have to say I was juggled around some time from one to the other as many of the employees are not very well in handling international sales, but once you have one of those who know everything goes smoothly. I suggest, for international sales, once you have an experienced one to note his extension and name, this will save you time with the next order.
As to the helpfulness of the employees, all have been good, they know their products and are ready to suggest, again that is not the problem, the only part is the international handling which requires another way of handling in the system and not all of them are aware how this works."

"Ordered an Alpine stereo system in December and was advised item would be shipped at the end of the month. First week of January chatted with customer service and advised that item would be shipped mid-January due to difficulty getting items from distributors. Contacted customer service yesterday (1/21/21) regarding shipment only to be told item would be shipped late February due to "difficulty getting itms from the distributor". HELLO !!! Then why are you making interest on my payment that has not shipped and still in "distributor limbo". I understand during these unprecedented times that electronic items from factories are moving slowly out-the-door. Well, if that's the case, and Morris4x4 knows it, don't be in a rush to secure payment !! Secure the credit card and take payment when the item leaves the warehouse .... or is that too responsible !!!!"
