Tried contacting Morris over three weeks on email with no response no valid tracking nothing. Raised dispute with VISA and they finally responded ohh your order is STILL PROCESSING may ship 23-26th October.
I asked for it to be canceled and they now say ohh it shipped. Okay give me tracking numbers . Ohh they have none .
This place is deceptive DO NOT USE MORRIS 4x4 Center. I am out of pocket $1200 and they still refuse to cancel the order. They are untrustworthy. "

"We placed an order on 6-16-20 and the ship date showed as 6/16/20- 6-17-20. We rec'd an email approx 10 min later stating the new ship date was 6-30-20. Had the website shown 6-30-20 from the beginning we would not have placed the order. We left it on order at this point. As of 7-9-20 we had not rec'd our order. I called---they never answered the phone. I tried to 'live chat' but they said they were too busy. I ended up emailing them to request a new ship date. FINALLY on 7-17-20 they responded to my email....they informed me that they canceled my order!! I asked for a ship date----not a cancellation! I should have had the option to cancel but they decided for me. NOT a happy customer here. I WON'T BE BACK!! "

She was polite, eager to assist and genuinely cared about my issue. Maria was very thorough and followed-up with me as promised. I originally planned to make another sizable purchase however I had decided not to because of the delay with my first order.
