"I order a driving light socket for my 2017 Renegade. The OEM is black with two contacts for the bulb. I received a brown one with one contact for the bulb. I installed the socket and the fog lights stopped working and the other driving light bulb blew out. The new socket had the only light that was working. The socket shorted the system. I uninstalled it and replaced the old one. I have been trying to contact Jeep Parts Overstock for days. Crickets. Once again, the socket was OEM, just not for my vehicle and the customer service is non-existent. I will never deal with them again.

"I placed my order online for the part I needed, and received an order confirmation email. However when I looked at my order the next day, the ship date said "N/A". I wanted to confirm the part was in stock, so I tried calling customer service during business hours. There was a strange recorded message that failed to mention I had reached Jeep Parts Overstock, and it would not take a message and just hung up on me. I tried calling a couple more times then tried to cancel my order. There is no place to cancel an order online, so I started a return, and also emailed their customer service requesting to cancel my order and refund my account. Two days later the part arrived. I checked email and saw two emails from Jeep Parts Overstock. One email said a return had been started and it listed a RMA number and said to wait for a follow-up email with instructions, and the other asked for me to review their service. I sent another email to customer service asking for instructions to process my return, and when I checked later that day I had another email asking for a review. My order status still says ship date "N/A" but status shows delivered. Hopefully I hear back from them with the instructions for the return. I already found the part locally and fixed my Jeep, so I can't use the part they sent me (automatic transmission radiator supply/return line). I'll try to update my review once I get a response to my return. Also, I tried to submit this review with verification by email, and it says my email address is not valid even though it is the same email address used when I was requested to submit a review."

"Made a purchase in early August. Says will be shipped 4-5 days. I sent so many emails after 10-15 days to find out what was going on. After 8 or so I finally got a response saying the part will be in soon and ship. Another 10 plus days go by I email again and again. I tell them that if the item wasn’t shipped by Wednesdaybof the following week to cancel the order. Of course no response. On Thursday I contact my credit card and let them know the situation. Called after 5 days or so to be told part was out of stock and would be shipped shortly. I Called the next day and cancelled the order as I found the part elsewhere. I also Emailed them to cancel the order. No response.
