When i was finally able to speak with a supervisor, she blamed me for inputting a wrong address initially, which was true. however the error was discovered on Dec 1st, and still nothing had been done to ship to the correct address. The supervisor admitted that Gladys, the customer service rep, had been lying to me to get me off the phone. then she cancelled my order because she could not find a solution to get my autistic son the ipad i ordered three weeks ago to him before he leaves for his trip on monday. please never order from this complany. i also have no idea if or when i will ever receive my funds back."
