"This is my second purchase. Bought a iPad 3 last year, bought a mini today."
"Horrible customer service. Ordered a MacBook Pro for $850. A good deal. That's the only thing that was good. Order came, I was not home to sign for package. UPS delivered it 18 miles away to stop and shop on a not so nice part of the neighborhood. Got laptop home, after driving 1 hour out of my way and the trackpad is broken.
Call Rakuten and they put me on hold trying to track down JemJem. Apparently customer service closes at 4pm...during the holiday season.
Long story short, they finally approve me to ship broken laptop back. I do immediately. They received it 3 days later and still haven't processed my return. It's been 8 days.
" Customer service" blames holiday traffic. I ordered my Laptop a month before Christmas. Fix the issue.
Not once has customer service apologized or told me when to expect a new machine or how they are going to fix this issue.
I'll try emailing one more time. If I don't hear back In 24 hours, I will put a hold on my credit card.
Great pricing is only thing good about this company.
**In response to JemJem's response below; RMA was received by JemJem 4 days ago. Not yet been processed. My computer was ordered on 11/25. No sense of urgency, and not one time has JemJem told me how to rectify it. Giving them one last chance..."
