The dress showed up with straight pins in it, the length is crooked by over 2 inches, there is a hole in the bodice and a piece that they forgot to sew! Once they knew that they screwed up the dress they stopped responding to me and there is no phone contact! Just messages. They won't contact me so that I can return it! "I am jealous of the rest of you as you have such great experiences. We had just the opposite. JenJenHouse did NOT deliver our dress on the promised day. It is impossible to discuss the issues with a customer service agent. Finally I was able to get a "chat" and they promised it would be shipped that day. Now that day is over and the website shows it is still not shipped. I was in a new "chat" with a representative and convenniently it ended. Now, you cannot chat. . . only leave a message which they MAY respond to in 24 hours. All I ever get from them is "don't worry, it will be shipped soon". I guess it does not matter to them when your event is. It doesn't matter if you don't have your dress when you need it. Once they have your money, they don't care. They are in China and you can't contact them. How very frustrating!"
"Shortly after placing my order I got the dress. I was a little bit apprehensive about buying online but the dress is Gorgeous, perfectly sewed, great fabric. Comparing price versus quality, I have to say that is a very good quality for the price of medium.

Absolutely love this dress!!! Was hesitant about buying on line, especially worried about the fit & color, but am completely satisfied! Bought this for my 17 year old daughters junior prom. She was worried that it was going to be too poofy but was pleasantly surprised by how nice it lays. She ordered it in light sky blue and although I thought it wasn't blue enough she was very satisfied with the color. Also love that the arm ruffle is detachable. Just snap it on or off....awesome feature! There is also a piece of fabric that snaps into the back of the dress that goes behind the lace-up. We weren't sure what it was at first but figured it out in no time. Was scheduled to arrive on a Monday but received it the Friday before : ) Very nice dress, reasonably priced, and great fit!!!! Thanks for making my daughter feel like a princess!!!"
