"I was looking for drivetrain parts for my mountain bike and JensonUSA had the best price on name brand parts. They offered to ship the parts to Canada where I live but the added fees and postage made it cheaper for me to have it shipped to my US address. The ordering process was straightforward. The price was good. The selection was excellent. The shipping was fast and the packaging was great. No issues. Email confirmation was sent after ordering and after shipping and was straightforward. I did not have a need to contact nor use their customer service.
I would have granted them 5 stars except their 15% discount was confusing as to what items were eligible. I wasted a bit of time trying to take advantage of this and eventually gave up. Otherwise, I am a very satisfied customer."
"It was a small order of small things, a total of $37. for which they charged me $9.75 in shipping cost. From the shipping date it took a full two weeks to receive it and the grey chainring I ordered turned black on reception. I didn't returned it, having no time to wait a month. "

I went ahead and used to find the part I was looking for, a few days later the part that came in was incompatible because it was made for a 10 speed bike. When I called Jenson they refuse to pay the shipping to send the part back or investigate whether or not they were in the wrong, They just flat out refuse to take any responsibility for their search engine or website. It's not fair that after I spend over $130 on parts, I was talked to like I was trying to get something for free. Sure I may be naive when it comes to bike parts, but I feel that if you have a search engine for guidance and when it does not work you should be responsible. I'm was just trying to exchange the part for one that works, all they had to do was pay for the return shipping. But that's ok I went back to my history on chrome where it clearly shows the part coming up as a 9 speed, and I have report them to Google since god knows why they happen to be one of their trusted stores."
"Absolutely Awesome! I've ordered from Jenson 3 times. The first time I picked the order up because I was in the area. It was super easy and their warehouse backs up to an awesome wilderness area filled with MTB trails so I got to ride and killed two birds with one stone! The other two times I've waited for them to be shipped. Both times the orders were shipped within 24 hours and arrived the next day.
On my second order from them I order a rear derailleur. I found it cheaper on Chain Reaction Cycles but didn't want to wait for it to ship from Ireland. I submitted it to Jenson for a price match and they did so instantly. I didn't have to wait till the next day or any of that.
I can't recommend these guys enough."

"Jensons rocks! I have always used them for online purchases for basically every part on my mountain bike. Items are always the best price I can typically get them for and the shipping is amazing. Im in Vancouver Canada and literally my items show up the next day or two days MAX! its ridiculous.... I really dont know how it gets to me so fast. Also i am in Canada and the website always states additional brokerage fees etc may apply when receiving goods? But I have never had to pay anything additional.
Also I purchased some Avid Code brakes in 2010. The lever failed 2.5yrs after purchasing them. SRAM had a 2 yr warranty on them but I got hold of Jensons return department and was told to send them my brakes. They went out of their way to hound SRAM and finally got them to replace both front and rear to brand new 2012 Code brakes when they were 6 months over the warranty period! So Stoked and cant thank them enough for sorting it.
Im a regular customer and will be for a long time. Cant fault there prompt online service.

"WORST BIZ I EVER DEALT WITH!! Did a crappy job,on my frame swap/rebuild VERY HALF ASS. IT gets WORSE....TOTAL CONFUSION HERE at the WAREHOUSE/STORE. NEVER did I get calls along the way with status. When I called them they jus didnt have any answers & said they had to go. NEVER was I told what charges would be, NEVER was I given receipts. Just told computer was down, or they simply COULD NOT/WOULD NOT figure out what is going on....EVEN when standing THERE in front of them they just stared at their monitors like dogs looking at a bug crawling across the floor & couldn't give me answers. DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THESE FOOLS YOUR CC INFO CAUSE THEY ARE AMAZINGLY STUPID!!"
"Ordered the Shimano SPD cleat adapter (SHIMANO SH85 SPD-R TO SPD ADAPTER) on December 18, 2011. It converts three hole Shimano bike shoes to two hole for cleats used in many spin and RPM classes (Converts 3 Bolt Road Cleat To Spd). Initially, JensonUSA informed me they would not be available until December 23, 2011. Then, another week or two, then another two weeks or a month, then mid March 2012. It kept going on and on. They no longer had the item on their web site. I give them minor credit for updating communications by email. Still, I don't believe those emails were exactly accurate. Their intention appeared to encourage a new date with the aim at pushing through the rest of the order and suggesting the back ordered item would become available at a new given date. Never happened. After months, I cancelled the order and ordered it elsewhere. I received the same item in about a week from another web site. Price quoted by JensonUSA $12.99. Other places quoted about $20-22. One email blamed their suppliers. Finally thanked me when I cancelled the order (thanks for nothing). They should have been more straightforward that they were not going to fill the order, and eventually should have communicated that when they removed the item from their web site."
