"I ordered several items from them and the next day i was informed an item was unavailable.
I found another item for$5 more and called customer service and was billed $5 more and my order shipped that day.
Free shipping is a little slow but its FREE!
Got my order and now i am returning an item i bought by my mistake.

"I ordered my gear deal and it came to ny in a little over a week
The glasses are great and the free lenses and gear make it a great buy for the money.
Customer service was great with a price match and unfortunately informing me i could not pay with my discover card.$300 sale lost!(new card,wanted to gain cash back bonus!)
Overall this site is awesome!
Hope they take Disc. cards soon.
I will order again when my visa card is paid off."

"These guys are great!
Lowest prices and excellent customer service.
I have ordered from them multiple times and i have never
had any issues other than wrong size or poor quality of a
product they sell.
I live on the east coast and have not had any shipping problems
with them being located on the west coast.
1 week and its here!
They do a price match on any other websites lowest prices.
I would recomend anyone to this site!"

"I ordered a pair of Rudy Project sunglasses 19 days ago-
I have yet to get any e-mail telling me ANYTHING!
I have called them 3 times and i am told they are "not in"
They gave me a "discount on my order" of $15 off for
my trouble.
I am now leary of how this going to play out.
I cannot be patient any longer.
My e-mails have gone un-answered.
I guess this is one of those "too good to be true" cases.
I am going to my bank to stop or dispute any charges from
Popularglasses tomorrow.
I think they should change their name to
Un-stockedPopularglasses.com
I cannot recomend anyone to this site."
