Couldn't fill my order completely

"The sale brought me in. They are supposed to be a dealer of Copic products, but they could not sell me every item I ordered. They sent me a partial list of pens and refill ink, but never sent me any of the items on back order. If I can't get all the art supplies I need then there seems to be no reason to go back. Also, they emailed me every day from my order with a lot of useless (to me) sales. If you can't give me what I wanted, don't try to sell me everything else."

Great products customer service needs improvement

"Second time buying Fabriano Artistico paper roll (cold press 300lbs, I bought 4 in 2016). To my surprise is now cheaper than what I paid for. The paper rolls came in Fabriano Cardboard boxes and suffered with the east to west coast shipping they probably need extra packaging. I had trouble before with damaged products due to poor packaging in my previous order. I had some trouble buying this last time and I had sent emails to customer service, emails that never received an answer. I had to call (from abroad) to get an update on my order. Great selection of products but there is room for improvement regarding customer service. "
