Serious inventory issues

"This is the second time I have not received items that have been promised on backorder. Jerrys just cancels the item and you never get it. They also don't notify you. They have good prices but this issue and the lousy phone and chat support is the final straw for me."

We apologize, but because this item has been on backorder for so long/under the backorder minimum of $35 our system automatically canceled it. This auto-cancel happens to prevent orders from shipping out to customers when they assume them to be canceled or have forgotten that they had ordered the item.

I’m also very sorry that you were not notified of this cancellation and will be more than happy to replace this item on a new order for, as well as waive the shipping costs if you like. Please note, that you have not been charged for this item.
Although items may appear in stock on our website, this notice does not guarantee availability. Our inventory system operates on the method of First In First Out. If a customer places and order by phone or mail order and buys out the last of our stock of an item, it takes some time for the system to update and show on our website that the item is out of stock. The best way to find out if we have an item in stock is to call 1-800-827-8478 and ask. You can also email us at cs@jerrysartarama.com. The estimated arrival date to our warehouse that you see on our website is based on the notification that we get from the manufacturer. Everything at greatly discounted prices!

"It's a rare occasion when I can't find what I'm looking for at Jerry's, their selection of paints and supports is huge, and I can always be sure my art supplies will be at the lowest discounts on the web. Best of all, I can pay through PayPal which also gives me the opportunity to pay on credit when my order is over $100.00, and that makes my life easier. Shipping is fairly prompt too. I genuinely enjoy shopping at Jerry's Artarama!"

Pleased with the results

"I had a little difficulty getting through order form on the computer. I wanted to change my order to find a way to back out the number of items I wanted. I finally figured it out and everything went find after that. I received the items in the shipping time limit as stated on the order. Good service. I am a photographer and not an artist, don't expect a lot of orders from me.

Sometimes the corners of drop in frames are damaged and the wood seems to overlay plaster and it is hard to fix damage. Crotchety-old-lady's Views

"I am so appreciative of your sales prices and your quick delivery. I also had a pleasant experience when I called to inquire about a container lid. The young man was very honest that the lid might still be difficult by would be somewhat easier that one on the liquin jar. Take it from a crotchety-old-lady, the metal container lid is great--much easier for old arthritic hands to deal with. I work with a group of senior citizens who love to paint with oils--not a cheap hobby--so Jerry's we pool our orders for greater savings and appreciate Jerry's sales."
