"I placed a $160 order from Jerry's for a selection of brushes and paints which I had been holding on my wish list until the right sale came along. I placed my order, most of which shipped. The remainder showed on backorder. When I checked the order status again a week later, all of the backordered items had been cancelled without notification. I will happily continue to shop at Jerry's when needed, but as someone who has worked in retail in all facets from sales, purchasing, and warehousing, and been a customer on the other side of the counter, having my order cancelled without notice was frustrating. When I order from Blick, any backordered items are shipped when they come back in to stock if they are not available to ship when the rest of the order goes. I would suggest Jerry's do the same and hold any and all remaining items that were backordered until the order is complete and send those items at the same time. At least contact the customer and tell them their order is being cancelled. "

"One of the most important tests for any supplier is how well they cope with problems and I can honestly say that Jerry's copes very well indeed.
My order arrived with some items missing - I assumed that there was a 2nd shipping carton which had gone astray. When I emailed them this proved not to be the case but the CS rep very quickly looked into it and immediately processed a replacement shipment.
I do use Jerry's quite a lot - their pricing for the items I use is about as good as it can be - and I will continue to do so."

What I am is a dad whose daughter started watching old Bob Ross videos, and told him that she wanted to learn to paint like Bob Ross. So I started looking for all the equipment and supplies she would need to get started. What I found was that there is no better place to get the Bob Ross equipment than Jerry's Artarama. Their prices were hands down the best (especially on the easel!), their selection is great, and everything came quickly and in great condition.
If my daughter's painting interest takes off (or if mine does, as I plan to paint with her), I will most certainly be going back to Jerry's Artarama for all of our painting needs."
