Quality Items at a reasonable price

"I've heard about Jerry's Artarama for quite some time and never made a purchase until last year. I immediately found what I wanted on line and had it shipped to my address. I found the products were described accurately. I'm very satisfied with the items I received.
Also, Thanks Jerry's Artarama for your catalogue which I received just last week. There are supplies I never herd of listed. This peaked my interest. I will now venture out and expand my art experience.

Back order policy needs revamp

" Jerry's policy of holding orders from shipping if a back-ordered item within that order costs less than $35.00 makes no sense. My large order would have been delayed indefinitely because a $10.00 tube of paint is still on B.O. Having nearly forgotten the order, I finally called CustServe and deleted the tube. I should say that the Rep. was very pleasant and efficient.
Shipping in general is a problem with Jerry's.

I love Jerry's Artarama!

"I love this merchant! Since Pearl Paint disappeared, I have to run around like a chicken with no head looking for art and crafting supplies. It's a real drag and it takes a toll on my creativity. Then my sister touted me onto Jerry's online superstore and the problem is solved. They have every piece of merchandise imaginable, their prices are great, their sales are even greater, and their delivery is FAST! I love this merchant!"
