"I'm a pastel artist, and I buy replacement pastel sticks for my box from time to time, as well as all the other things a professional artist buys to stay in business. The last time I tried to place an order for Mungyo Gallery Semi-Hard Sticks, I saw that Jerry's required a minimum order of six for any one item. Really? Couldn't they just have tacked on a small service charge instead? I understand that picking out and packing individual sticks is time consuming, but I don't need 6 of each item; I need one. When I re-order pastels, I usually order an assortment worth $40 to $60, not one or two, as well as other items. I had to order them elsewhere, so that place also got my business for all the other things I needed, too. I'm sure Jerry's is going to lose a lot of customers this way. It's time to change the policy."

"I have used Jerry's products across time because they have generally been good. However, paying for the products is almost impossible. The last time I made an effort, I spent considerable time entering data for several products, then at checkout time, (after numerous tries to pay, I gave up and decided to sever ties with Jerry's. Page after page after page of data are required, only to say they want a password, which is unreadable. It is not worth the effort or time to spend time selecting products then being grilled to pay. Shy not a simple selection of products, shipping information and a request for a credit card to pay. "

"My recent order included frames. All other products were in good condition. Each frame was packed neatly in its own box. Boxes appeared in good condition (i.e. no dents or obvious troubles). I opened each box to inspect each of the frames. Two frames had chips which were obvious and unacceptable. Although the issue is supplier related, Jerry's promptly replaced the two frames at issue. Unfortunately, one of the replacement frames had damage that required replacement. Can understand the first set of damaged frames. Would have appreciated if Jerry's would have made a visual inspection of the replacement frames prior to shipment. Still, appreciate Jerry's standing behind their product and getting to my satisfaction. "
