"So angry I coluld burst. Bought 3 pairs of skorts on the internet and got them delivered, discovered that they where 3" bigger at waist than their own size chart says and there where no additional info in the product description that said anything about different measurements. As a international customer I have to pay for the return freight and I won't get original freightcost or taxes refunded either. What the f**k??? This is the responsability this company takes for their own lack of quality and productdescription, I as a customer am to blame for beeing stupid enough for shopping. In Sweden no company would be able to behave this way, there would be a criminal charge for tax fraud since taxes NEVER can be a company assett since the company is an agent for the government regarding taxes.
Shame on JessicaLondon for this rothen way to treat customers! No serious company lets their customer take charges for the companys fault!

"I placed an order for a swimsuit on 02/19/12 knowing the item was backordered until 03/05/12. As that day came and went the status still showed "backordered" with no new ship date available but since I placed the order way ahead of when I needed it, this was acceptable. As time went by I called and was told it should be shipped "any day" now and that was still okay. Well, now it is showing 07/20/12??? Are you kidding me??? 5 months to get a swimsuit??? Seriously??? This WAS a gift for a vacation that I specifically ordered in plenty of time BEFORE the vacation only to find it's not even going to ship until AFTER the vacation is over. I have been a LOYAL customer for YEARS but NO MORE. I will no longer shop at your site or Woman Within or Roamans or One Stop Plus or any of your other stores. Why? Because this has happened too many times before. Either you backorder an item indefinitely or your cancel the item all together. And, I know why. It ONLY happens why I use a 50% off coupon. IF I paid full price, I'd have my order by now. I'm willing to bet that all the people who placed the same order at the same time but did NOT use a coupon they got their orders months ago. But, I used a coupon so I'm penalized!"
"My original Order # 23506161597 which contained the coat I ordered in the wrong size. I returned it and asked for the correct size. Then came order# 27707005989 in this order, they charged my credit card 30 dollars more than the original order (for a mistake they made) then, after charging my card, they cancelled the order because the item was out of stock. On top of that, as soon as i received the original item, I called them and they told me they would send me the coat (because it was their mistake). The order was then promptly cancelled. So, final tally is, 3 months of argument with a different customer service person every time and I am out 5 dollars shipping and handling, all for trying out their site. Customer Beware!!"
"I have been a customer of Jessica London for some time. And primarily because they have the shirts I need. However that is all over with. I have had the last two of my orders not filled and when I call or email to ask why it's happened I get assurance that it will be shipped, but this one never has. Only when I order from them thru another service do I get the order and good customer service. I live in Alaska so I shop online a lot and so the service really has to be relied upon. I would not recommend this online vendor to anyone. And I'd rate them a 1.
