"The many items ordered arrived at my porch in a single very large box, which was EXTREMELY heavy, so after I managed to take it past the entrance door, the only way I could take out the items was to put a few groups of them in several plastic bags , and take them singly up a flight of stairs (I live on a second floor condo) to my kitchen, which I had to do eight times, including taking out all the incredible amount of insulating materials, bags of dry ice, special ice bags, filling paper, perforated plastic sheets, etc., all of which took in excess of two hours!!! Finally, I had to take special steps to dispose properly of all that packing materials, which took up even additional time. All of this aggravation, compared to other sources of delivery foodstuffs I have used, tells me the people behind this delivery practice don't know what they're doing. since they don't take into account the customer."

"When I placed my items in the shopping cart, what was sent was not exactly what it said. I ordered mega roll toliet paper ult ra strong. I received little rolls that were not ultra strong. I ordered raw cashew bars that were to be twenty bars at 8grams of protein per a bar. I recevied a box of minis that were 3 grams of protein per a little bite size bar. I choose no returns. I will still use them. However hesitant to order from the site again."
