"Jet uses OnTrac for shipping. They seem to handle your merchandise OK but if you need to make a change in location, or wish to pick up your package at their depot good luck even getting them on the phone. I called them with lots of advance notice and it took 4 calls over an hour for someone to answer the phone. They said they notified my local pick up point and they should respond within an hour with more information. They never did and I had to enlist the help of a neighbor to be near the house to pick it up so I did not risk having to leave it outside over night. I wrote a suggestion to Jet to delegate their shipping to more trusted providers If they are serious about customer retention."
