"The one good point is how quickly the items arrived. Much like competitors, my order came within 2 days. But that's where it ended. My order consisted of: bag of cat food, laundry detergent, 2 bags of potato chips, box of 12 small cans of cat food and dog treats. Those few items came in 2 separate boxes that were large enough to fit a grown man. The bags of chips were crushed because of the poor packing and HUGE box. The box of cat food cans was open and all the cans damaged and roaming free in the GIGANTIC box. I only wish I had taken a picture of how ridiculous it was. First and last order with jet."
