Beware.....

"Beware...unable to cancel orders once placed after 30 min timeframe has expired. Now I must go through the process of returning the item instead of them just cancelling the order that was placed 5 hrs ago.."

Product Never Shipped and They Took My Money Anyway

"jet CS were always quick to respond and cordial but always rhetoric.

No action to check on order til "Estimated Date" (3 weeks) passed.

jet was quick to take my money the same day and nothing ever shipped.

jet claimed an item is "shipped" when the label was created, so you are then billed.

Only stating facts and not adding the drama. I simply will not do business with them again. They need to verify product is actually shipped before they take your money and they have to do a better job at vetting their merchants.

They dont honor mistakes

"I ordered 20 snap and store cd boxes. A 3rd party seller sent them in 4 cases. I used 2 cases right away and left the other 2 cases sealed. Then over 1 month later I opened the other cases and found 1 case had a picture frame? Went to Jet.com chat and she told me that my purchase no longer was eligible for return because the 30 day return window closed 5 days earlier ? I said yes but this is not a regular return, YOUR 3rd party seller send me the WRONG item. She said sorry, and pretty much "who Cares". I said you are willing to toss a customer away for a measly $20 and where your company made a mistake? She said well.....yes."

Never Again- The Only Response to Jet.com

"Horrible is the nicest word to use about my most recent experience with Jet.com. i was doing a once a month order of heavier household items(kitty litter and bottled water) to be delivered for me. I always put on the shipping label: Must Deliver to 3rd floor Apartment Front Door. For about 12 months, no problems as Jet used FedEx ground delivery. Delivered up the stairs - no elevators here- to my front door. Jet changed to UPS and my nightmare began. UPS on 12/29/17 delivered the 2 big, heavy boxes....right to the management office across the street from my home, not to my front door as stipulated. Jet responded by sating" We are not responsible, do not guarantee delivery." " is a separate company so...not our fault." I said thanks for ruining a small New Years Eve gathering for which I needed the Arrowhead water and Perrier sparkling water.
UPS was just as bad. After one full week of arguing with Jet and then UPS, a UPS supervisor promised accurate delivery right to my door yesterday. I waited all day, finally at 6:30 PM UPS arrived and dropped a new box delivery...right to the management office again. Had it not been for the wonderful Erin, our assistant manager here, who stood in front of the departing UPS truck and insisted that he deliver the 3 boxes right to my 3rd floor door, they would still be in management office.
What a crappy company, hiring illiterate drivers, can't read shipping labels and lazy morons to deal with customers. Hard to tell who came off worse here, Jet or UPS. I only know I intend to spread the negative message about them as far and wide as I can, repeatedly.

Worst experience ever! DO NOT TRUST JET!!!

"My one star rating is one too many.

I had an absolutely horrific experience with Jet.com in a recent Christmas purchase. I purchased a present for my son one week ago. It was supposed to arrive today. Without any warning, I just received an email stating, "We're sorry, but your order has been cancelled." It turns out that neither Jet nor its suppliers have any of the item in stock. However, they led me along for the past week and only notified me on the date of delivery that they didn't have it. Now, I'm totally screw#$%, because it is 2 days before Christmas. Again, to wait until now to notify me is unconscionable.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

"NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... They messed up my order this close to Christmas then tell me they cant do anything about it. They cant get me my new order until after Christmas and they tell me they cant refund my money until the package gets back to the warehouse then there will be a 14 day processing fee. Then tells me to calm down when i said that doesn't work for me. Companies like this dont deserve business. They mess up i never even accepted the package because it was wrong and now i get stuck with no present or money for Christmas. They like to say there a growing company... they should not grow at all ever!!!"

Bad first experience

"I decided to purchase something from Jet for the first time. It was a horrible experience. From the time I ordered to when it was delivered was 11 days. It took 4 days before they even shipped the item. When I asked about when it would ship, they basically said they don't know when it will ship. I will never use Jet again. "

misleading ad

"I ordered a Raymarine Pro 7 GPS from Jet. What I received was a Pro 4. Customer Service told me it was a online error. Somehow, the online error has been online for weeks, including through Black Friday and Cyber Monday. They offered me nothing other than to go through the effort of returning their error on my time. Poor proofreading =zero customer satisfaction. Good companies find a way to keep new customers. Jet finds ways to alienate them. One purchase......one return.......unhappy former customer. "

Cannot provide invoice

"Apparently, when if you purchase something from Jet.com, you are out of luck if you need an invoice for the purchase. This is in 2017... Contacted support via chat and email - they provided some odd summary with total amount and no breakdown of the items ordered... They claimed that in order to get breakdown, I need to make a screenshot of the order online and print it. There is no button to generate invoice, there is no button to print out order detail either... screenshot. Guess what, screenshot of a order is still not a valid invoice. What kind of a company does not provide invoices for goods purchased? In 2017..."

DOUBLE CHARGE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT

"I made a purchase & they took out for the total amount. However in reviewing my online banking account; I was charged for each item separately. I did call . The lady told me, "This is how their system is & in 3-4 business days I will be refunded for the total amount. She told me , "It's in the agreements" I will never order from them again! You should of only charged my account ONCE! What if I needed my money to pay a bill or what if I got overdraft fees because you took out too much???? Are you going to pay the fees??? Sorry never again will I order!!!! Can't play with people money like that! I know my items have been shipped. JET NEEDS A BETTER PAYING SYSTEM !"

"Pre-Authorization Charges" Were Withdrawn from My Bank Account After My order was Processed

"I ordered about $40 worth of items from Jet.com, then received two additional charges of 23.32 and 12.72 that were withdrawn from my bank account, along with email receipts/confirmations that made it look as if duplicate items from my larger order were billed and shipped to me separately. When I called customer service, they told me this was due to a "preauthorization charge" and blamed my bank's policy, telling me the money would be refunded within three days (like when you reserve a hotel or rent a car). They said I was sent extra receipts and billed twice because the orders came from different merchants. This has never happened to me with any other online merchant, including merchants that sold products from different vendors. There was nothing on their site that explained the "preauthorization" charge. It appeared that I had been charged twice for the same items. I'm very suspicious and concerned that the additional charges won't be refunded. It seemed like a scam or an error and they were trying to cover their tracks by gas lighting me. The customer service rep acted like this was a common practice among online sellers, but it's never happened to me before. I will never purchase anything from Jet.com again. UPDATE: One week later, and the charges have not been refunded, despite assurances from the customer service rep who responded to this review.

Shopped 5 different times and always great service even with refunds

"I have shopped 5 different times with Jet.com (lots of groceries!) and interacted with JetHeads (customer service) with (almost) complete satisfaction. My only beef is that sometimes they carry limited supplies of my favorite soup. I got some iffy grits from them. Specks in the grits. I got a prompt credit to my account, even though I had used my debit card and checked the no returns allowed discount. She said that if I didn't like the way they looked to give them to the homeless shelter or to a friend or throw it away. I have always enjoyed my experience with Jet.com. I compare their prices to other places I shop and have gotten great discounts on items. If they are higher, I go somewhere else. I hope they keep up the good work!!! And stock more of my favorite organic soup!!!"

Best customer service!

"I bought an ottoman that arrived with a button missing. When they couldn't resolve the issue any other way, they refunded my money and sent me a brand new ottoman - for only a missing button. WOW! They have earned a lifelong customer!
