"Ordered dog food over four days ago and it is after 8pm and we have hungry dogs. We are giving it another hour then will have to drive to the store and essentially double buy dog food. Two day shipping advertised is only on certain items, as well as the advertised "first order" discount. If dogs aren't happy, nobody's happy. We will order from Chewy's in the future. They get it here free in 2 days, no problems. "
"I purchased on June 3rd with eta delivery date 7-12th. Received shipping email on 5th (but the link said no status yet) I was charged on the 6th.
12th rolls around- no item. I check tracking link and it still says no status! I emailed them and recieved email back that they'd look into it. Received another email on 13th saying same. Both emails were weird with comments about the item I was purchasing and their personal observations etc like we're friends?
Then on the 14th today- I receive another email with a new tracking number that says preshipment so it wasn't even shipped yet! When I emailed back questioning so it wasn't ever shipped? This is poor business practice and doesn't make me want to shop from jet.com again- they canceled my order and sent email saying refund will be sent. Wow complete waste of my time AND held my money for who knows how long. Is this really their business of taking money and holding it for awhile? Hmmm. When I expressed my displeasure at not receiving the item, never shipped and now the order canceled after I was supposed to receive the item- they reply with hope your day gets better. SERIOUSLY? Would never recommend this company/website to anyone. Ps the company supposed to be fulfilling this order was REVKKO"

"I bought a Luma Comfort EC220W portable evaporative cooler. I live in Arizona and it is going to be 107 degrees next week. This cooler is the only source of cooling I have. The water pump stopped working 3 days after I got it. I called Jet (Air & Water) and my only options were to; 1) return the faulty cooler and wait 14 days or more to have the funds credited to my account and then order another one!! The 2nd option was to purchase another unit and return the faulty one after the new one arrives. Amazing. I cannot afford to purchase two and wait for a refund but have no other choice. I will NEVER purchase from Jet again. Horrible customer service. Defective merchandise. Buyer beware.

"Love Jet. On my first order I was able to get frozen foods to 27801, which made it more attractive to me. Jet soon sent me an email saying that fresh foods were being suspended from my delivery area?? I have since placed 2 more orders utilizing the free delivery over $35 and 15% discount on the first 3 orders. Satisfied with delivery time however, somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of my items when I receive them. Jet has packaged these items carefully, so I believe it to be in your carrier throwing boxes around. Might wanna look into this. Cans bent up etc. Not worth my returning but this might cost you customers in the near future. Also cannot say that I will utilize the service since my 15% into discount is up."

"I've ordered three times so far Jet.com has been amazing in terms of ease of browsing (I have their app), their 15% discount for the first three orders is superb, so make sure you take advantage of that), and their shipping is on time. I loved how the package came with each item wrapped up in a very considerate manner. Hubby, who was skeptical at first, was very impressed.
Just to note that one of the items I ordered was a Tissot watch. I still can't believe what an amazing deal I got! Almost half the price of what it's worth at Macy's and other stores/websites and I made sure once it arrived that it is 100% genuine. A wonderful anniversary gift for hubby.
