"As someone who focuses on customer and user experience, I have to say I really enjoyed my first experience with jet.com. From the personalized "welcome" email/video -- who doesn't love to hear their name? , to the tape that covered the bottles in my shipment AND included an easy to pull off tab, I felt that it was very well thought out to make the experience easy for me.
If I have to provide some critical feedback -- the long piece of parchment like paper at the top of the shipment was just annoying and a waste. The multiple links on the feedback email was just not the visual I would expect after the first welcome video. I've never seen ratings assigned with links to it -- just causing the user to read more. I almost didn't respond. But that's nit picking.
I look forward to seeing how my next interaction with jet.com will be.
