"Excellent service in regard to the marketing and distribution of the product. However I am not that impressed with the actual product visual aspect versus the pictures shown on the web site. I feel that the espresso beans are not as roasted as other espresso beans I purchased in the States as well as Italy. The roasted beans are way to light and do not have the oily dark color. Are there really 5 different type of beans? Is there really robusta coffee beans? Would appreciate a response."
