"I have had nothing but great service and excellent product selection in the last few years I have ordered from JetPens. Their selection is very wide and they carry a number of things I have not seen anywhere else on the internet or in stores. The prices are not dirt-cheap but very fair and a bargain when compared to art and stationary stores (which frequently charge double what JetPens does or more). Shipping is very speedy and free for orders over $25 and I have never had anything arrive damaged or missing. I recently returned a high-end backpack to them over 3 months after I purchased it (the backpack was unused and just too small for my needs but I pulled off the tag and put off shipping it for far too long). The customer service was very friendly and processed quickly and I got the full amount back in credit, which was exactly what I had wanted.
