"I placed two orders with this company…
I placed two orders with this company on the same day of 27/112023. First order received nearly 1 week ago with no issues and I am happy with what arrived. On Monday 11th December I received a query that there was an issue with my address. Something to do with zip code. Being in the uk it would be postcodes. I confirmed my address with them as per the order I had already received expecting no further issues. To my surprise I received another email on the Tuesday telling me there was still a discrepancy with my address. They had searched Google, had a picture of my house and car and my address was perfectly correct. I’m not sure what they felt was a discrepancy other than possibly gardens being abbreviated to gdns. However by this point I have already received the other order. I explained this to them sent a picture of the packaging from ordered received shoeing the address to confirm no problem with the address. I then sent a second email confirming the picture they sent me was of my house and car, also sent them a screenshot of my address as per Royal Mail. (The standard place you would check addresses rather than Google). I also made it clear that I needed this parcel before 19th December as it was a present for someone who lives in England who I won’t see after the 19th. Since Tuesday I have sent multiple emails and contact requests and had nothing back from them and no change to the status of my order. It is still sitting as pending. This is really disappointing as the present was for my nieces Christmas. I have the ring from the first order but no necklace from the second order which is still sitting as pending. I had the order as express shipping and 19 days later it’s still sitting as pending. Would avoid as this had been a real let down and now 3 days until I need to give the present I know need to go to the shops to buy something else for my neice which I hadn’t factored into my busy schedule.
