"The first time I ordered they would advertise one price but once it was added to your cart it was a different price. Second time I ordered they added "prime" to my order I specifically saw the box preclicked, unclicked it then they added it anyway. I immediately contacted customer service which was rude, first they told me they wouldn't refund the $19 they added then said they would only return 10 since I received 10% off for the prime (but I never received that discount anywa, I received another discount I used a coupon code for. They told me to reply to let them know that was OK. When I replied to have them just cancel my entire order then, they blocked me from being able to reply to them at all. Then they contacted me on FB... same song and dance I requested my order be cancelled they didn't even give back the $10 they said they would AND they are making me wait 30 days for a refund "
