"Has honestly been the worst experience. First in order for a ring I had placed for my husband for a wedding did not even get made till after a month of me ordering it. It was never shipped to my house because I decided to cancel before since I pay for the additional shipping and it wasn’t even close to on time. In their broken English They told me that the ring had been finished I was sitting in the warehouse and now they could finally ship it. It definitely was not done and they just did not want to refund my money. They actually came back and said there was going to be a 30% Materials fee reduction in my refund. No where did it state that and the fine print or in the first few emails from the customer satisfaction team. They basically tried to bribe me in order to keep my money. They offered additional necklaces and items at no cost. Do you not do business with them there are plenty of other options for you to get a ring or piece of jewelry that you would like."
