"I ordered a ring and once received it found out it was the wrong size.
I contacted them to have it returned in order to exchange for another size but declined my request because they said it would take too long. I contacted them the day i received the order, which was within 1 week of ordering. Their website says they allow returns and resizes within 30 days but this is not the case.
