"Ordered March 1 -- never received a notification of shipment from company! Emailed them on March 15, and they told me that it would not be received by March 21 (date needed), and they pointed out that "creation time" would be 9 to 18 days (no weekends), and shipping would be an additional 4 to 6 days (no weekends) -- that puts the receiving date to March 25....today is March 27, and there is NO further communication with this company, nor has my item arrived. SHADY COMPANY -- would guess half of the 5 star reviews are employee generated.
In addition, when you try to leave ANY RATING LESS THAN 5 STARS, you can't submit the review!"

Did not receive any emails with a tracking number as stated when it was ordered.
Tried to contact the company several times by submitting several tickets with no response.
Tried to call the phone number provided and it was invalid.
However I continued to receive sales promotional emails.
Two months went by and I did not receive the item ordered
I suggest not to order anything from this company.
