"I cannot explain how awful my experience has been with Jeulia. I've purchased on the 19th of January and still to this date product not shipped. Had communication back and forth by email - they always ask to wait a few more days. I've asked for specific date for the product to be shipped or for them to cancel order and issue a refund - from that email I have not received any further communication. I've emailed them countless times, sent messages on Facebook messenger and submitted several tickets - but they cannot be bothered to reply. I've called the number on the website (is a US number) no answer + been charged £15 for the calls!!!!!!! So do not call that number.....
These people are criminals. It is absurd and stressful that I've spent nearly £100 on that site and they cannot be bothered to cancel my order. "

"Placed my order on Jan 22nd. Ordered for Valentine's day. I was assured by customer service chat, if you want to call it that, that I would get these well before Valentine's day. You would think 23 days would be enough time since the website said 6-9 days estimated. After 2 weeks when they had not shipped, I asked for a refund as it's coming from China and I know that takes time. Then all of a sudden after I asked for a refund a label was made, and it was too late. But just a label was made. It didn't ship for a couple days after. Anyway tomorrow is Valentine's day, And Nothing. I am beyond disappointed. I will tell everyone beware..do not buy. "

"If I could give Jeulia zero stars I would. I placed an order for $199.93 that never arrived. Both Jeulia and DHL knew this but Jeulia decided to fight me, even sending me a photo from DHL nine days after the delivery date as proof that my package had been delivered. The problem was the photo was a picture of my front door and there wasn't even a hint of a package in the photo. I called DHL and they advised me to be wary of Jeulia since they wouldn't stand behind my claim. The sad part is I spent over $370 on Jeulia.com in the previous 45 days but they decided our business relationship was not worth saving. I called my credit card bank and immediately opened a dispute. Once Jeulia saw I had opened a dispute they immediately contacted me. They said they would send me my package if I closed the dispute first. I closed the dispute, sent them the letter from my bank that the dispute was closed and that I had paid the $199.93, but then they broke their word and never sent me my package. I order online all the time, almost every day. I've been doing this for years. I have never been treated by an online retailer the way Jeulia has treated me. If you order from Jeulia, buyer beware. If you run into any problems they lie and will not work with you. They're not interested at all in respecting their customers."
"A month after placing my order and it’s still processing. I submitted a ticket because it should’ve been shipped out after 9 working days. They responded back saying my order has been given top priority but two weeks later and it’s still processing. At this point I submitted another ticket requesting to cancel my order. No one has responded to my last ticket therefore I’m preparing to take legal action. "
