Still haven't received
"Placed my order on Jan 22nd. Ordered for Valentine's day. I was assured by customer service chat, if you want to call it that, that I would get these well before Valentine's day. You would think 23 days would be enough time since the website said 6-9 days estimated. After 2 weeks when they had not shipped, I asked for a refund as it's coming from China and I know that takes time. Then all of a sudden after I asked for a refund a label was made, and it was too late. But just a label was made. It didn't ship for a couple days after. Anyway tomorrow is Valentine's day, And Nothing. I am beyond disappointed. I will tell everyone beware..do not buy."
