"Have been using JiffyShirts for many years and over the last year, it has become increasingly frustrating with orders arriving when the order date is promised.
Recently I had a sale for a large order for my small business. Ordered it on March 15th, told me I would get it by March 17th. On March 18th after not receiving it I called and emailed customer support 3 times. I received no response. when I tracked the package it showed still at the warehouse location in IL.
So finally 1 week after ordering I received an apology email and a $10 refund. But guess what I already lost my sale for these items. So not happy at all.
I will be looking for a new shirt vendor that I can rely on.
Funny thing is I order just 2 shirts on Thursday, March 18th and had them on Saturday, March 20th! Makes no sense!"
"My experience is 10 shirts in 5 different deliveries with the last one UPS claims was delivered. They require documentation. I contacted Jiffyshirts with a request to file a claim but was never acknowledged or any kind of response. My advice read all the reviews and never purchase anything from Jiffyshirts. "
"Have used Jiffy for years with no issues but now since they have switched to Fed Ex (worst delivery service of all) it is terrible. Delivery dates change every day and still dont get at tracked. My last order of 17 shirts was split up (Jiffy used to let you know they would arrive separately). One tracking number for all. Received 4 shirts and the outside said partial. The other 13 still have not arrived. Got a proof of delivery but no package. Was home all day waiting on these shirts for a customer order. If delivered was not at my address. Try to track it by tracking number but because they used the same number it shows delivered because of first package. Shipping prices went up and service went down. Customer service no help because they just look at the one tracking number. After years time to shop another vendor. Not good at the holidays as many orders coming in and now I no longer have a trusted vendor. "
"I've ordered a bunch from JiffyShirts in the past with absolutely no problem. This time my order was shipped in 3 different packages - ALL 3 to the wrong address! Reaching customer service was near impossible. I finally had to blow up their facebook page to get a response after 6 days and multiple emails. Now that the packages are being returned the items are no longer available and I am being issued a refund. Although I appreciate the refund I'd prefer the products I ordered. Too many options to have to deal with bad customer service. "

"We ordered Black masks. They were very very thin. They changed the headline to "disposable" after our order and said they would refund masks that were still sealed in plastic. We did not open the sealed bag. We wanted a refund, but they have not responded after 3 emails. Be very careful if you order with this company!"
"Have had order issues 3 times in the last week! Totally not how JiffyShirts used to be. I order several time a month some times every week. They have always been my go to online shirt supplier. Not so great anymore. The customer service also was top notch, really showed they cared about their customers. the last interaction I had was horrible. Excuse after excuse never there fault even had a time line showing why I was so upset, still didn't matter to them.
i so disappointed in Jiffy to have 3 issues in 1 week is not acceptable when you se them for your own business and it makes you look bad it is time to find someone new.

"This may be my final straw with JiffyShirts. They used to be great, but lately their service has had many issues with shipping and we are considering a new supplier.
We are used to getting next-day delivery from them, but twice now the orders have been routed improperly. We are located in Rochester, NY. Our order was shipped from Harrisburg, PA on 02/03/2020 with 02/04/2020 as expected arrival date, somehow ended up in Atlanta and we are receiving it on Friday instead of Tuesday.
These errors are costing us business, and JiffyShirts customer service is very cavalier, only refunding the shipping amount."

"There was no customer service number so I was really suspicious of the site. My order delivered very fast with accurate tracking and included proof of delivery through UPS. I ordered 54 shirts for my in laws and all shirts were the color they wanted and a bit pricey but one of the more cheaper websites. My in laws were very pleased with the material and the entire order was correct 54/54 shirts. I have read good and bad reviews, I personally had no problem except my own suspicion due to Jiffy Shirts not having a number. "

"DO NOT USE RHIS COMPANY I ordered and paid for 15 shirts for my church group and only received 4 shirts . Reaching someone in customer service is impossible . I am out of the money I paid for the shirts and can’t use the four received because the shirts were part of a uniform for an October event. "I have used Jiffy for years they were always johnny on the spot and could count on them in a pinch. Orders always on time and never had issues with quality. They were my go-to place for the product.
Now Orders are never on time anymore and the quality is bad this year every order has had stained and shirts that are only half-stitched. I am looking for a new supplier. I greatly miss the old Jiffy. "
